Tara (she, her, hers) partners with school leaders and teachers to support learning around SEL, stress, burnout, and trauma healing in order to improve well-being for school staff and students. Tara guides collaborative school leadership groups, teacher groups, and offers school-wide professional development trainings. Tara believes that well-being in education can only happen when we create truly equitable schools and abolish systems of oppression. Tara is certified to teach mindfulness and believes in a mind-body approach to healing.
